Standing in front of the public on the latest scholarships entrepreneurial noon I was impressed to see so many supporters of the small business community.
This support is exactly what we need to help raise the economy as we continue to see swing Dow Jones Industrial Average and read the dire economic news on a daily basis.
Small businesses and organizations, such as the Business Development Center, Northwest Indiana small, they need our support now more than ever. Support entrepreneurs, encourage economic activity in the growth of production volumes and to encourage companies to increase jobs. These new employees spend their wages earned on goods and services produced by these companies, adding to production levels. This cycle continues, causing an increase in economic growth. Similarly, any reduction of support for small businesses to reduce overall economic activity, and can reduce the whole economy.
But why is it important to focus on small and large companies? These are the small businesses that continue to adapt and change and grow.
Research by the US Bureau of Business Administration from the small argument shows that small businesses create most of the country's net new jobs. It also showed that small businesses are 13 times more innovative, and they bring dynamic ideas and fresh products to the market.
